Who is responsible for your information?

Information we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number if supplied, and the details of your message or project.
- Orders: your name, billing and delivery address, email address, order details and payment status. We do not receive or store full card details.
- Website use: technical information such as IP address, browser, device and pages viewed. We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used and improve it.
- Security and spam prevention: IP address and related technical information may be processed by Cloudflare to protect the site and contact form from abuse.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you and discuss potential work. We use order information to take payment, fulfil orders, deal with returns and keep accounting records. We use analytics and security information to run, protect and improve the website.
Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure, useful business website. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, we will ask for it.
Who receives your information?
We use carefully selected service providers to operate the business:
- Hetzner hosts the website in the EU.
- Google Workspace handles business email and delivery of contact-form messages.
- Cloudflare provides security and bot protection.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager provide website measurement and tag management.
- Stripe, PayPal and WooCommerce Payments may process payments, depending on the method you choose at checkout. Their own privacy notices explain their processing of payment information.
Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where this happens, they use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Cookies
We use essential cookies needed for WordPress, security and shop functions. We also use analytics cookies through GA4/GTM to measure website use. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the shop or account area from working correctly.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the request and maintain business records. Order and payment records are normally kept for up to six years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in Google Analytics.
Your rights
